jb888 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time, especially before processing a withdrawal request. The following documents may be requested during this process:

• Proof of address (where applicable).

3.2 Password & Account Security

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, government directives, or network infrastructure failure.

Account Suspension & Closure

11.2 Account Closure by the Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. In such a case, the opportunity will be given to withdraw any eligible balance remaining in the account; however, bonus funds with unmet conditions will be forfeited.
